USEFUL INFORMATION
Arrival/Departure
- Check-in: between 14.00 - 17.00
- Check-out: between 7.00 and 10.00
- Late check-out: between 12.00 - 17.00, extra charge
- Early arrivals and check-outs after 10:00 are possible only after prior arrangement with the reception!
Reception service
The reception is open between 7.00 and 17.00.
Payment options
Payment can be made in cash HUF, by credit card or by OTP / MKB / K&H Széchenyi holiday card (personal or companion card). In case of payment in Euro, the daily exchange rate set by the Hungarian National Bank will be applied.
Currency exchange
OTP Bank Mórahalom, Szegedi út 3.
Parking
The pension has its own parking lot where buses can park. Other parking is free of charge in designated areas throughout the city. Charging is available in Mórahalom for those who have an electric car. In our town there are 2 charging stations. This app provides a complex service for charging electric cars in Hungary.
Smoking
Our guest house is non-smoking! This means that smoking is prohibited in the enclosed areas of the pension (including the guest rooms) and in the swimming pool belonging to the pension, with the exception of designated smoking areas. Pension staff are entitled to warn guests and any other persons on the premises of the pension to comply with this regulation and to stop smoking and using electric cigarettes. Guests and any other persons on the premises of the pension are obliged to comply with this regulation and to comply with any such warning. If any guest or any other person on the premises of the guesthouse is fined by the competent authority under the relevant legislation for any breach of the rules, the guesthouse shall be entitled to charge the amount of the fine to the person who committed the breach or to demand payment of the fine.
In all cases of smoking in the room, the pension will charge a compensation fee of 30.000 HUF.
Wake up
Please inform the reception desk if you wish to do so.
Cleaning
Daily cleaning is carried out between 7.00 and 16.00. If you do not want cleaning or need extra cleaning, please let our colleagues or the reception know!
Key card
Please leave your key card at the reception upon check-out! If the key card is not handed in, or if it is lost, an extra charge will be made!
Baby cot
Extra beds and baby cots are available in the guest house. Please inform the reception desk if you need a cot or a baby cot. Please note that the above mentioned facilities are available in limited number!
Extra blanket, pillow
Our guests have the possibility to request an extra blanket or pillow, please inform the reception! Please note that there are a limited number of extra blankets and pillows available!
TV / Internet / Telephone
See the annexes for a list of pre-programmed channels. WIFI (wireless) and wired internet connection is available in all rooms of the pension free of charge! The network is password protected.babos2023 with password). An adapter for international use and sockets for charging various electrical devices are available on request and free of charge. Telephone calls are possible at reception and are subject to a charge. Please inform reception if you require this service. If you have any problems using the wifi network or the telephone in the pension, the reception staff will be happy to help you!
Minibar
You can use the minibar in the rooms for a fee.
Damages
In case of damage to the pension's building or equipment, an extra fee will be charged.
Room safe
Guests can store their valuables safely in the in-room safe. We are not responsible for personal belongings placed in other areas of the pension! The use of the safe is free of charge.
Safe instructions for use
1) The safe door is open by default.
2.) Enter your 4-digit code number and press "LOCK " button.
3) To open the safe, just enter your 4-digit code number.
In case of problems, please contact reception!
The pension is not responsible for any valuables stored in the safe!
Photocopying / scanning facilities
Guests have the possibility to make photocopies and scans for an extra charge. Please contact reception to request this.
Parcel delivery service
Our reception staff will assist with luggage delivery on request!
Linen and Textiles
Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Please contact reception if you require bathrobes. Daily change is also possible on request, please let the reception know!
Lobby Bar
During the day, guests can enjoy coffee, refreshments and alcoholic drinks in the Lobby Bar for a fee. Tourist information material is also available. Our Lobby Bar is available from 7.00 - 17.00.
WELLNESS
Our guesthouse has its own thermal pool and an enclosed beach area of the St. John's Lake, which can be used from 7.00 to 17.00 hours.
Entertainment
Our pension has a playground where we can also provide active recreation for children.
